How Our End User Verification Process Works

  1. 1.Using the CyberQP desktop app, the help desk technician selects the end user who calls in.
  2. 2.The technician selects "Verify User Identity."
  3. 3.The technician can choose to complete the verification through the Quickpass Mobile App, SMS, or via Email.
  4. 4.A verification code is instantly sent to the end user, who receives a notification on the Quickpass Mobile App.
  5. 5.Once identities have been confirmed on both ends, these actions are logged for your auditors.
