CyberQP Product Roadmap
The CyberQP Product Roadmap highlights recent releases including a Chrome Extension for seamless M365 JIT account credential management and autofill within browsers, a Guided Onboarding UI Wizard that streamlines new user setup and tracks deployment progress with actionable insights, and a Unified Agent Deployment Page that centralizes multiple deployment methods with customer-specific scripts and real-time agent detection to simplify and accelerate secure agent installations.
Released
Chrome Extension – M365 JIT Accounts
The CyberQP Chrome Extension delivers credential management and Just-In-Time (JIT) access directly within the browser. Users can search, view, and autofill JIT account credentials, including OTPs, into Microsoft login pages with a single click. Features include support for username/password and SSO login, inline credential suggestions, JIT account activation and management, and smart search across customers. The extension allows copying or autofilling credentials, activating accounts, and launching Microsoft portals directly, all while respecting access controls and policies. Built-in session security, OTP management, and integration into CyberQP’s authentication flows help reduce friction in technician workflows while maintaining strong access governance.
Guided Onboarding UI Wizard and Progress Tracker
A new Onboarding UI Wizard provides step-by-step guidance for new users through initial setup, including adding customers, deploying agents, and configuring features. For existing partners, the wizard becomes a deployment progress tracker, offering visibility into feature adoption and deployment status. Users can see completed and pending tasks and take action directly from the wizard. Features include skippable steps, contextual tips, and real-time progress indicators to reduce setup friction and accelerate secure rollout.
Unified Agent Deployment Page
The Unified Agent Deployment Page is a centralized hub that consolidates all deployment methods in one interface. It adapts to the selected customer and presents relevant installation instructions, artifacts, and configuration options. Technicians can choose from manual, scripted, or RMM-based deployment methods, with support for tools like Datto, ConnectWise, NinjaRMM, N-Able, Kaseya, and Intune. The page includes copy-ready scripts tailored with customer-specific variables and real-time feedback with an embedded agent detection table. This unified view simplifies deployment and accelerates agent rollout across all customer environments.
Multi-Company Support for Shared AD & M365 Domains
Multi-Company Support allows a single Active Directory (AD) or M365 domain to be linked to more than one CyberQP customer. MSPs can assign accounts from a shared domain to multiple customers, aligning with how subsidiaries are structured in PSA systems. This enables accurate mapping, ticket management, and billing for each entity without sacrificing operational efficiency.
Global Automatic Imports
Global Automatic Imports enable MSPs to set default import settings for AD, M365, and Local accounts across all customers. Accounts are automatically imported as soon as the CyberQP agent is installed or M365 integration is completed. Partners can apply global settings or tailor import rules per customer, supporting both end-user and admin accounts. This streamlines account onboarding and allows for a set-it-and-forget-it approach.
Account Discovery & UAC Remediation Tool
The Account Discovery and UAC Remediation tool provides visibility into which users have local admin rights across all agented systems and allows conversion of unnecessary admin accounts to standard users. MSPs can view and manage User Account Control (UAC) settings across endpoints, with support for selective exclusions and bulk remediation actions. This tool streamlines environment hardening and supports scalable, policy-based elevation workflows.
QTech Mobile App: End User Elevation Requests
End User Elevation Requests can now be reviewed and managed directly within the CyberQP Qtech mobile app, allowing admins and technicians to stay responsive while away from their desks.
Duo Identity Verification Integration
CyberQP’s identity verification capabilities now include Duo Integration, enabling MSPs to verify end-user identities using Duo’s secure push notifications within the CyberQP dashboard and PSAs. Technicians can trigger Duo Push for end-user verification, with results logged and displayed for audit and workflow automation. This reduces dependency on less secure methods and enhances security and user experience.
M365 GCC High Support
Support for Microsoft 365 GCC High environments within CyberQP’s JIT access framework allows MSPs to create, manage, and activate JIT accounts in GCC High tenants. This ensures compliance with standards like FedRAMP and ITAR, supporting secure, time-bound access for technicians in regulated industries.
In Preview
Burner JIT Accounts & JIT TAP (Temporary Access Pass)
Support for Burner and Shared JIT account models provides flexibility in JIT account creation, management, and cleanup. Burner JIT accounts are created and deleted after each session, while Shared JIT accounts allow multiple technicians to activate a common account that is disabled after use. Features include enhanced profile provisioning, customizable username conventions, retry logic for failed deletions, and Temporary Access Pass support for streamlined M365 JIT logins. Admins can manage account behavior at scale with bulk actions.
Simplified Agent Installation supporting Customer Name, API or Deferred Assignment
The upgraded CyberQP Agent Installer allows installation by providing a customer name or installing without assignment, with later assignment via the dashboard. The installer dynamically pulls tenant and customer info using CyberQP’s API and supports traditional install methods for backward compatibility. Features include custom install scripts, region-specific installers, post-install restarts, and integration company name matching, reducing setup friction and speeding onboarding.
In Development
Customer-Specific Branding for Elevation & End-User Touchpoints
Customer-Specific Branding allows uploading unique branding assets for each customer, applied to key touchpoints such as UAC elevation prompts, system tray menus, emails, and the Self-Serve portal. This enhances end-user experience and reinforces professionalism and trust.
EUE PSA/Ticketing Integration – Create, Link & Log Tickets
Deeper PSA integration enables automatic creation and linking of PSA tickets when end-users submit elevation requests. Details like customer, end-user, and reason for elevation are captured, and technician actions are logged in the corresponding ticket. Flexible settings allow for automatic ticket creation and closure, improving billing and reporting accuracy.
Customer-Scoped JIT Policies for Granular Access Control
Customer-Scoped JIT Policies allow restriction of specific JIT policies to designated customer groups, aligning with unique security and compliance needs. Admins can disable JIT usage for specific customers or technicians, enabling tighter access boundaries and enforcement of least-privilege principles.
Application Blocklisting and Execution Controls for Non-Privileged Software
Application Blocklisting allows prevention of unauthorized application execution, even for apps not requiring elevated permissions. Admins can block apps based on metadata and provide customizable prompts for users to request or automate approval. Controls can be applied globally, at the customer, or user level, supporting compliance and security without compromising productivity.

GDAP-Specific JIT Policies for Scalable and Secure Access
GDAP-Specific JIT Policies are designed for IT professionals using Microsoft’s GDAP framework. This policy type allows MSPs to define centralized, secure GDAP JIT policies without assigning privileged roles or specific customers. Access can be granted to selected security groups mapped to GDAP roles, reducing account sprawl and simplifying policy management while maintaining strong security. Technicians can activate GDAP JIT accounts from the global JIT menu or within eligible customer environments.
